Practical Completion reached on our project in Notting Hill

In just 12 months we secured planning permission for the replacement roof, adding 30% NIA to the property located within in the Ladbroke Terrace conservation area in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. In just 6 months and during the unprecedented outbreak of Covid the team from @ThamesandNewcastle have delivered a fantastic high quality project within the clients accelerated time scales and within their budget. We were tickled by the clients choice of a pink door, seen for the first time at Hand-over yesterday.
