ABL3 Architects are delighted to share the exciting new that our appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for partial demolition and construction of a new additional storey, refurbishment and extension of the existing house and an extension to the basement; roof to be replaced with a new low-pitched loggia-style roof with a set-back attic storey for our project in Chiswick. The planning inspectorate decided “there would be no harm to the character or appearance of the appeal property or to the Strand on the Green Conservation Area”.
