We’re delighted to share that our proposal for sensitive alterations to a Grade II listed building in Hammersmith has received full planning consent — with no objections.

Respecting and enhancing the building’s heritage has been central to our approach, and this beautiful riverside façade is just one of the many reasons we’re so proud to be working on such a remarkable project. With consent secured, we’re now moving into the preparation of detailed working drawings, bringing thoughtful, context-driven design another step closer to reality.

The setting — a stunning waterside garden on the Thames — offers a rare opportunity to blend heritage preservation with contemporary needs. Following a smooth and successful planning process, our clients are excited to progress the next phase, and so are we.

And to mark the moment? A site visit by boat, of course. Huge thanks to Mike from Chiswick Quay Contractors for taking us out on the river and giving us a completely new perspective on the project. Seeing the building from the water was a reminder of why we love what we do: great projects, great collaborators, and the chance to experience London from a fresh angle.

Heritage preserved, future unlocked — and a riverside project ready to move beautifully forward.
Thanks again to Mike from @chiswick_quay_contracts for making the journey unforgettable.
