Personal information, drawings, models, correspondence and other project related information will be held on our systems for up to 12 years after the completion of an agreement as recommended by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). Each project will be judged individually on if it needs to be kept for longer than this period. All personal information will be kept confidential and staff are trained to ensure that they are also maintaining this.

Robust technology and processes are in place to ensure that information kept electronically is secure from unauthorised access and improper use.
