We are delighted to announce that our project Eaton House The Manor School is a finalist for two London Construction Awards 2018; Architectural Design of the Year and Regeneration Project of the Year.

Eaton House The Manor School is a Grade II listed school building within Clapham Common Conservation Area. In 2014 the school commissioned Adams+Collingwood Architects to help them realise their admirable ambition to become the greenest school in London. Completed over two phases on a challenging site, at the end of 2017 the team’s work was complete on a sensitively designed restoration and extension of the school which has created a quality environment for children to learn and play. Two living green walls are a popular new feature that teach the children about sustainability in practice and are also enjoyed by parents, staff and the local community. Congratulations to our design team, client and contractor, Baxall, on making the finals of the London Construction Awards 2018. See the full list of awards and finalists here.
