This completed project involved the complete demolition of a mid terrace mews house, re-built to modern standards.
Granted planning permission in October 2016, this replacement mews house in the Belgravia Conservation Area in Westminster is part of a development designed and managed in close cooperation with Grosvenor Estate.
The design opened up and maximised the mews house, incorporating a basement dig, and open plan living space. The vertical circulation includes three feature staircases.
