Tamsin Bryant joined the practice in 2014 bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience from a commercial practice specialising in offices, mixed use residential and refurbishments. She led projects where there was a need to combine the latest technologies on the market with a commercial reality. This area of commercial development work is continually strives for greater sustainability alongside cost effective solutions on tight timescales.

Tamsin brings experience in project managing schemes from initial conception with the client, planning, site management through to project completion, with both small bespoke schemes to large scale projects in the City, delivering the quality and cost controls expected by the clients. She has developed the skills of being sensitive and responsive to client needs, whilst understanding budgets, and time frames to deliver dynamic architecture.

Prior to Adams+Collingwood Tamsin was a project architect at TateHindle Architects for a number of years. Here she worked on a variety of projects including; The Triton Building, a significant urban mixed use scheme as the final part of a Terry Farrell master plan for the North East Quadrant at Regent’s Place, Euston. Atlas House, a notable Grade II listed building located in the heart of the City of London. Green Park, Business Park including three office buildings with 140,000 sqft of net office space, as well as a leisure, health & fitness building, a restaurant and a children’s day nursery. The latter project received the Civic Trust Award.

Tamsin graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a distinction in Architecture; the following year she qualified as an Architect from Westminster University. Her postgraduate written thesis on “The Limbic of Architecture” received the School of Architecture prestigious thesis prize.
